Ordering process
Browse and Select Products:
Find products using categories.
Select specifications and click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now".
Proceed to Checkout:
Click the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner to access "My Cart".
Check the products, quantities, and prices, then click "Checkout".
Fill in Order Information:
Confirm/Fill in Information: Enter or confirm the orderer's and recipient's information.
Choose Payment Method:
Credit card, FPS, bank transfer, etc.
Submit Order:
After confirming all information is correct, click "Submit Order".
Payment: Complete payment according to the selected method.
Order Confirmation and Shipment:
You will receive an order confirmation email.
The merchant processes the order and will notify you of the shipping tracking number after shipping within 1-2 days.

Delivery Arrangement: Customers can choose local delivery or self-pickup at the store:
Direct Delivery to Hong Kong: Free delivery is available to all areas of Hong Kong for selected items.
Self-Pickup at the Store: Customers can pick up their orders at the store after receiving a delivery notification.
Note: If customers go to the store before receiving a delivery notification, they will not be able to pick up their orders.
Shipping Time: After order completion and payment confirmation, if the customer chooses delivery, we will arrange shipment as soon as possible. Goods will generally be delivered to the customer's address within 5 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). If the customer chooses self-pickup at the store, goods will generally be ready within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). Customers can pick up their orders at the selected store after receiving an "Arrived" email notification or being contacted by a store employee.
Note: Please note that if customers go to the store before receiving the arrival notification, they will not be able to collect the goods.
Exchanges and Refunds: Once an order is submitted, refunds cannot be arranged except in the following circumstances:
If the purchased item is sold out and requires additional time to reorder, our staff will contact you, and you may request a full refund.
If you receive any damaged goods, please bring them to the store within 7 days, retaining the original complete packaging and receipt, for inspection by the staff. Replacement will be arranged upon mutual agreement, with the time depending on stock and delivery schedule.
In case of any dispute, Worldwide Engineering Consultants Ltd reserves the right of final decision.
Note: For exchanges, please go to the store to exchange the goods.
