Exchanges and Refunds:
Once an order is submitted, refunds are not possible except in the following circumstances:
If the purchased item is sold out and requires additional time to reorder, our staff will contact you, and you may request a full refund.
If you receive any damaged goods, please bring them to the store within 7 days, retaining the original complete packaging and receipt, for inspection by the store staff. Replacement will be arranged upon mutual agreement, with the time depending on stock and delivery schedule.
In case of any dispute, Worldwide Engineering Consultants Ltd reserves the right of final decision.
